Senior Practice Coordinator
Alex is a dedicated dental practice Coordinator with over 12 years of experience in the industry. With a passion for helping patients achieve optimal dental health, Alex has become a pivotal member of her team, working tirelessly to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and cared for. In addition to her work in dentistry, Alex is also a language enthusiast, and she loves to learn new languages and meet people from different cultures. She majored in Japanese in Korea and studied translating and interpreting at Tafe from Korean to English.
Recently, Alex has also taken on the challenge of learning accounting. With her keen attention to detail and strong work ethic, she is quickly becoming proficient in this new field and is excited to continue expanding her skillset. In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with family as well as exploring new places and trying new food. Her curiosity and love of learning have made her a well-rounded and respected member of her community, she looks forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally in the years to come.

Clinical Coordinator
Cath is a highly skilled dental practice clinical coordinator who has been working in this industry for 6 years. She earned her Master’s degree in Child Education up to 12 years old, which has given her a unique perspective on providing fun care for kids patients. Beyond her dental expertise, Cath is proficient in both Chinese and English, which has allowed her to efficiently communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds. She also earned a Master’s degree in translating and interpreting from Chinese to English.
Cath is known for her positive, bubbly personality and her ability to connect with everyone she meets. She has a natural charm and ease that makes patients feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. Throughout her career, Cath has become an integral part of the dental practice where she works. Her colleagues appreciate her collaborative approach to problem-solving and her ability to lead by example. Cath is a valuable asset to our practice and well respected by her peers, and beloved by her patients as well.
